I lost my account - Super Joe - 19/09/2015

Hi, Hola = )


I don't know where to post because i am not an mexican guy, i am an english that plays regularly at your server cause i love it. When i'm playing, I changed my name to Super Joe.. ^.^ and then when i change my name by the options, it always says unnamed in the server so that's why i can't login. Can someone help me pls? I am already have reset 1 and now using special weapons, i don't want to start again
